Woodland Blocks looks simple: place the wooden shapes and clear full rows, columns, or 3×3 areas.
The hard part is keeping enough room for whatever comes next.
I usually look at all three shapes first and place the awkward one before the easy pieces. Long bars and big blocks can become impossible to fit if you fill the board too quickly.
I also try to keep one large open area instead of lots of tiny empty gaps.
If one move can clear a row and a 3×3 area at the same time, even better.
The main thing is not to rush just because a piece fits somewhere. Keep the board open, save the flexible pieces for later, and the harder chapters get much easier.
