Slingline Drift only gives you one control: hold and release.
The car drives on its own. When you get close to a glowing beacon, hold to connect the slingline and let it pull the car around the corner.
The important part is knowing when to let go.
I usually watch the front of the car instead of counting how long I’ve been holding. Once the car is pointing toward the next straight, I release.
If you keep holding, you’ll turn too far. Let go too early, and you’ll slide off the outside of the road.
Later routes get faster, but the idea stays the same: connect a little early, watch the car angle, and make one clean release.
