Lumen Maze is a swipe-controlled labyrinth built for a phone held in one hand. Swipe up, down, left, or right to send the living light into an open corridor. The early levels help the light follow obvious bends. Later mazes stop doing as much work for you and ask for a direction at more junctions.
Scan the destination before you swipe
I try to find the next junction before moving. If the corridor ends in a three-way choice, decide which branch you want while the light is still traveling. This keeps the movement calm and prevents the quick back-and-forth swipes that make a maze feel confusing.
Use landmarks, not memory alone
The glowing plants, turns, and collected star locations are useful landmarks. When you reach a dead end, remember the nearest distinctive corner rather than trying to memorize the entire route. Backtrack to that point and take the unused branch.
Collect every star key
The golden exit does not open until all required stars are collected. If you see the exit early, treat it as a landmark and continue exploring. A route that passes near the exit may still be the right path because it can lead back after the final star.
Understand the early assistance
In the first levels, a swipe can carry the light through a simple corridor and around an obvious bend. This is meant to teach the flow. Starting in the later half of the game, the light stops more often and waits for your decision. Do not keep swiping while it moves; let it arrive, read the open paths, and then choose.
When the maze becomes dense
For the final levels, mentally divide the maze into small regions. Clear the left side, return to a central junction, then explore the right side. This is more reliable than wandering toward whichever corridor looks brightest. The game rewards a deliberate route, not fast finger movement.
